How to perform massage therapy

1. Lie on your back with both legs straight. Place the four fingers of both hands on the Yinlian and Wuli acupoints on the inner thigh of the left leg, and gradually move them down from top to bottom, passing the Yinbao acupoint and stopping at the Yinlingquan acupoint below the knee. Knead repeatedly for 3 minutes. Then press the Yinlian, Wuli, Yinbao, and Xuehai acupoints until you feel soreness and radiating warmth in the lower limbs. Then switch to the right leg and knead.

2. Place the palmar sides of both thumbs above the pubic symphysis, and the other four fingers on both sides of the lower abdomen. Gently push from bottom to top, passing through the Qugu, Zhongji, Guanyuan, Shimen and Yinjiao acupoints below the navel. Repeat for 3-5 minutes until you feel a tightness and warmth in the lower abdomen.

3. First, rub your palms together to warm them, then hold the penis between your palms and gently rub it, gradually increasing the pressure to a tolerable level, repeating for 1-3 minutes.

4. Press the femoral artery at the root of the inner thigh with both thumbs for 2 minutes, then press the Yongquan acupoint on the sole of the foot for 1 minute.

What should we pay attention to in daily life?

1. Do not panic or become agitated after the onset of the illness. Stay calm and do not be ashamed to seek medical attention. Cooperate actively with medical staff for various examinations and treatments.

2. For therapeutic drugs that may cause this disease with long-term use, their side effects should be observed in a timely manner. If necessary, the dosage should be reduced or the drug should be discontinued under the guidance of a doctor, or an antagonistic drug should be prepared on standby.

3. During the period when the treatment is effective, sexual intercourse and sexual stimulation should be avoided to prevent recurrence.

Vaginal tightening syndrome

Vaginal retraction syndrome is a male disease characterized by sudden retraction of the penis, testicles, and scrotum, accompanied by lower abdominal cramping and pain. Individuals with neurosis or a tendency towards hysteria are prone to this condition.

This disease has a sudden onset, with penile retraction, scrotum and testicles retracting, and lower abdominal cramping pain. Mild cases only experience penile retraction, lower abdominal pain, cold limbs, and weakness in the lower back and knees, but this does not affect sexual activity. Severe cases involve cold extremities, body curling up, severe lower abdominal pain, and urinary retention. Some cases present paroxysmally, triggered by exposure to cold or wind, occurring 1-2 times daily or every other day, and may be accompanied by cold limbs, a sallow complexion, and decreased appetite. The penis is short and flaccid, and the scrotum and testicles are retracted, sometimes to the point that the testicles cannot be palpated.

How does Western medicine treat this?

1. For patients experiencing anxiety, fear, or unease, diazepam 2.5 mg three times daily or imipramine 25 mg three times daily may be taken.

2. If penile shortening occurs and there are changes in libido, testosterone propionate 25 mg can be administered intramuscularly twice daily.
